Artjuna Cafe does a fantastic job engaging the local art community in goa. They invited me to set up a Pop Up Shop in their café to showcase my complete new range of acrylic and watercolor collections for a period of one and a half month for all the café visitors from across the world in February month after the government lifted covid19 norms for traveller’s, which was perfect timing: Small Business Month!
The event was a whirlwind! Artjuna Cafe was packed with holiday shoppers and I had the opportunity to chat with many of them. I debuted new holiday cards, displayed my best-selling prints, and nearly sold out of my limited-edition art prints. Talk about a successful event !
I have mad respect for anyone working retail during the holidays. After almost nearly two month long art exhibition boosted me with extra energy and got opportunity to meet various artists from across the world, I was exhausted. (Cue: night of lazing-around on the couch with Netflix.)
